You create a Caribbean sailing package that best blends your vacation desires and budget.

1. Share-the-Sail Boat Charter Package

Instead of chartering the entire yacht you book one of three double cabins each with private vanity/head/shower. You will share in all shipboard activities including cooking, sailing, anchoring and trimming the sails.

Each Double Cabin with Private Vanity/Head/Shower

$1,500 per cabin ($750 per person based on double occupancy)

Included in Share-the-Sail Charter:

• Yacht and Captain (No Chef or Crew)
• Fuel – Water - Linens & Towels
• Water Toys and Snorkeling Equipment
• Cooking & Dinning Equipment
• Taxes and Permits - BVI Cruising Tax and National Parks Mooring Buoy Fee

Not Included in Share-the Sail Charter (These cost to be shared by all guest)

• Provisioning: You are provided a on-line pre-ordering grocery list for food and beverages. Groceries and beverages will be on-board when you arrive. You get on-board and your sail boat charter has started. I find that most guest like to keep the seven breakfast and lunch meals simple and split dinner meals between grilling on board and enjoying local cuisine.
• Ice: Ice costs $4 - $5 per bag we use 2 per day
• No Chef or Crew – Guest Share Galley & Seamanship Duties
• Mooring buoys: When it is necessary to pick up a overnight mooring buoy they are $25 per night. We can anchor for at least half the overnight stays.
• Gratuity: The Charter industry in the BVI works under the normal system of gratuity accepted in the USA hospitality industry. Given that service is acceptable to the client a gratuity of 10 - 20% of the charter fee is standard in the industry

2. A Captain Only Charter Package

The most popular option when one or more guests want to participate in gaining seamanship skills.
$4,500 for 2 Guest $2,250per person
$5,500 for 4 Guest $1,375per person
$6,600 for 6 Guest $1,100per person
$9,600 for 8 Guest $1,200per person

• Private Yacht and Captain (No Chef or Crew)

• Cooking & Dinning Equipment
• Taxes and Permits - BVI Cruising Tax and National Parks Buoy fees

Not Included in Captain Only Pricing:

• Provisioning: You can order on-line and schedule delivery before your arrival. Order lots of snacks and beverages. Don’t forget to feed the Captain when ordering.   Provisioning cost should run $25 to $30 per person per day. You will probably want to plan some dinners ashore enjoying local cuisine.
• No Chef or Crew
• Ice: Ice costs $4 - $5 per bag we use 2 per day

3. A Captain & Hostess/Chef Charter:

With a crewed charter you will have a captain and a chef/hostess to meet your sailing vacation dreams.

$6,000 for 2 Guest $3,000pp
$8,500 for 4 Guest $2,125pp
$11,000 for 6 Guest $1,833pp

Included in Hostess/Chef/Crewed Charter:

• Sailing Yacht and Captain
• Chef/Hostess – Providing Seven Breakfasts, Seven Lunch’s & Five Dinners On Board – Enjoy two nights of local cuisine at their expense
• Fuel – Water - Linens & Towels – Ice - Mooring Buoys
• Cooking & Dinning Equipment
• Taxes and Permits
• Provisioning/Food/Beverages

Not Included in Hostess/Chef

• Brand Name Adult Beverages

4. A Half Board Captain & Hostess/Chef Charter:

With a fully crewed charter you will have a captain, chef/hostess to meet your sailboat charter dreams. The Chef/Hostess will be available for four lunches, four breakfasts and three dinners on board. They may enjoy local cuisine or cooking dinner on board.

$7,000 for 4 Guest $1,750per person
$8,800 for 6 Guest $1,467per person 

Included in Half Board Hostess/Chef/Crewed Charter:

• Sailing Yacht and Captain
• Chef Provides Four Breakfasts, Four Lunch’s and 3 Dinners On Board. Guests may enjoy local cuisine or cook other meals on board.
• Chef/Crew-Fuel – Water - Linens & Towels – Ice - Taxes and Permits
• Cooking & Dinning Equipment
• Provisioning/Food/Beverages
• Mooring Buoys
• Water Toys and Snorkeling Equipment

Not Included in Hostess/Chef

• Adult Beverages

• Please note that a premium of 10% is added for Christmas and New Year's sweeks.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly suggest that all you consider purchasing travel insurance for protection against cancellation penalties in the event that you must cancel your charter for unforeseeable circumstances, including health and weather.
