Weather:  Located  in the northeast trade wind belt, The British Virgin Island offer almost perfect sailing weather year round.  The temperature is extremely stable, with day temperatures ranging from  84-86 degrees and  evenings a comfortable 72-76.

Sailing:  Northeast trade winds vary between 15-20 knots in the winter.  Christmas Winds can produce  25-30 knot winds for  several days at a time. By  June the winds are blowing out of the southeast at 1-15 knots.  The seas in  the BVI are broken by the chain of islands  creating the ideal sailing conditions and  numerous anchorage choices offering various amenities.
